The government continues to erode our civil and religious rights as evidence by the raid and kidnapping of the FLDS children in El Dorado, Texas. It is very disturbing to know the CPS has that much power and can do what they did from one anonymous phone call. A mysterious phone call and one that has been traced to a 33 year old woman by the Texas Rangers. This woman has never had a single thing to do with the FLDS and it has been reported she has pulled this type of thing before. Supposedly, as you all know, it was a phone call from a 16 year old within the FLDS community. This as far as I am concerned was a trumped up deal to discredit the FLDS and give rise to law enforcement being able to raid the ranch.
After all has been said and done they have not been able to prove that a single incident of abuse has occurred with the FLDS children and the appeals court clearly stated , “The existence of the FLDS belief system as described by the Department’s witnesses, by itself, does not put children of FLDS parents in physical danger.
The trauma that has occurred to these poor children by being ripped from their home and sent into a world of separation from parents, siblings and into foster care has got to be great. It has been shown that many times children are abused in foster care and these people are getting paid by our tax money. The cost of this UnGodly act by the CPS and law enforcement is mounting into millions and millions of the tax payers money. Isn’t this just freaking wonderful. They were wrong to start with and it’s costing us and will continue to grow.
Is it not evident that our liberties, our civil rights, and our religious rights are at stake? We as Americans must support the return of the FLDS children to their home. By doing so we will be supporting our own rights, to innocent until proven guilty, and freedom to worship without fear of reprisal, and freedom of our civil rights of which the Constitution and Bill Of Rights grants to us.
I will be waiting to learn when the Texas Supreme Court will hear this appeal and would like to organize a march in support of the FLDs children and our civil and religious rights.
